Delete Your Data
Velynq, Inc. lets you delete your TicQuest account and all associated data — your account, every child profile you created, and all activity (stars, streaks, completed tasks, certificates, settings) — at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Open TicQuest and make sure you are signed in as the parent/account holder.
- Go to Parent settings (the menu in the parent area).
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all family data are erased from our systems. Backups containing the data are purged on our normal backup-rotation cycle.
Option 2 — By email
If you can’t access the app, email privacy@velynq.co from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my data.” We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your parent account and login identity.
- Every child profile (first name, avatar choice, time zone).
- All activity data: routines, tasks, stars, streaks, certificates, summaries, rewards, and device-pairing records.
- App settings and your parental-consent record.
Subscription/billing records held by Apple, Google, or our subscription provider are governed by those providers; we delete the subscription metadata stored on your account.
